Your rights if we cancel: We undertake to inform you without delay if we cancel your reservation and will offer you an alternative of at least a comparable standard (if available) or a full refund of the deposit within 21 days. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your accommodation is available on your arrival. All payment amounts and time limits should be agreed upon by both parties before making any deposits. We need 100% of the total amount as a deposit for groups of 12 and above.

Part payment or partial payment for an invoice(s): Payment can only be accepted to be paid partially for any booking or bills invoice or invoices on a nonrefundable basis. No refund will be made for canceling the booking, regardless of whether it is outside or within the cancellation period of the resort/hotel booking.

Full Payment: We require payment in full after confirmation if the booking is within the 100% cancellation charge period or if the client wishes to pay the full amount without partial payment. You can pay with your credit card or via wire transfer to move the total amount to our bank account. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For bookings made within the 100% cancellation period, full payment must be made immediately. If you cancel your reservation, your payment is subject to cancellation charges.
