How will I receive my payment?

Payments are processed securely and sent directly to your designated account after the customer completes their booking. You’ll receive detailed records of each transaction for transparency and easy tracking.

Are there any fees for joining the program?

No, for now, signing up as a partner is completely free until February 28, 2025! Partners registering after this date will need to subscribe to a membership plan. Even then, there will be a Free Membership plan available. We only charge a commission on bookings generated through our platform, making it a risk-free way to grow your business. Please note that the website requires a verification process after signing up as a partner.

What services can I offer as a partner?

You will be able to offer a range of travel services, including accommodations, guided tours, water sports activities, and other travel experiences. If you’re passionate about sharing your expertise or unique offerings, our platform is the perfect place to start.

1. How does the commission-based partnership work?

We offer a simple and transparent partnership model where you list your services on our platform. Each time we generate a booking for you, we earn a commission on the total booking value. You keep the rest while gaining access to a wider audience.

What commission do you charge?

We operate on a transparent commission model. A percentage is deducted from each confirmed booking made through our platform, while the rest goes to you. There are no hidden fees or additional costs.

How can I boost my conversion rate?

Use high-quality images and detailed tour descriptions. Keep pricing competitive and calendars updated. Respond quickly to inquiries. Earn positive reviews by delivering exceptional service. Highlight unique selling points and use featured listings for more visibility.

How do I know when a booking is made?

You will receive an instant email notification whenever a booking is confirmed for your services. You can also view all bookings in the Partner Dashboard under the “Bookings” tab.

What happens if I need to cancel a tour?

In case of cancellations, you must notify us and the guest immediately. You are responsible for offering a suitable alternative or a full refund to the guest. Frequent cancellations may lead to penalties or account suspension.
